VINTAGE 1980s Original 'WINGS' Sunglasses by Bausch & Lomb

A new, never used ORIGINAL Bausch & Lomb pair of WINGS Sunglasses from the 1980s. Frame is a solid brown. The unique design feature is the one piece poly-carbonate Wings lens whose optical quality exceeds the standards for RX lenses and is made of the same material as airplane windshields.

The frame measures approximately 5.5" temple to temple with the one piece Wings double gradient mirror lens extending the length of the frame. You'll find the Wings logo on a metal tab on the exterior of both ear stems, and the inside of one stem is impressed Bausch & Lomb while the inside of the other stem is impressed Frame France Nylon.
